The source of inspiration of ideas were works by the French architect Le Corbusier and his «5 point»:
- house on supports;
- free layout;
- not bearing facade wall;
- wide window;
- flat roof-terrace.
Total area of the building is 133,7 sq. m: 2 apartments on the 2nd floor for 2 families with a convenient layout includes 2 living rooms, combined bathrooms and a kitchen with living room and common room. The 1st floor is multifunctional space, it can be used at the discretion of the residents in any way.
