Layers that form cities as living organisms can be reinterpreted in a human centred organization. Organizing layers with changing densities to stand without supressing each other by terminating their ignorance of one another is the depicted motive of the selected site for the proposal. It was intended to melt down the risks within an internal and naturally cycling system. It provides an uninterrupted bond that unites all the layers as parts of a complete whole, which is variable and expandable
