Team 'HFC-1567' focused on thoughtless redevelopment. Seoul is very big city that has many population but it also have many poor. BUT, we don't know these alienated people because big and fancy buildings are always shading them. Poor people are always threaten by safety, money, policy, people and etc.
We call it "Poverty midst plenty"
It needs to be resolved.
So, we use "Concrete Hume Pipe" and suggest "New Redevelopment Strategy".
